Installation of pressure switch

1. In order to facilitate the replacement of parts during the use of the pressure switch in the future, enough maintenance space shall be left during the installation to facilitate the inspection and repair of the pressure switch.

2. Before installing the pressure switch, the measuring pipe shall be cleaned.

3. The pressure switch shall be installed vertically.

4. During the installation of the pressure switch, the pipe fittings connecting the pressure switch shall be fixed and the sealing performance of the pressure switch shall be ensured.

5. If the measured medium contains large particles or stolen goods, a filter shall be installed at the front end of the pressure switch as required.

6. If the measured fluid flow is pulsating flow, which makes the pressure switch unable to measure normally, appropriate buffer shall be set to eliminate pulsation.
